Special Friday Randomness:
  • I got sunburn on Wednesday and all I did is read a book outside in a partly cloudy weather
  • I had a stupid moment yesterday behind the wheel. I stopped at a traffic light on the left lane to turn left when a car from the main street tried to turn on the street where I was but I was in his way. At first I was confused why would the guy want to turn the wrong way into the one-way street then I realized it's not a one-way street. Yeah. Are you picturing this? Luckily the old guy was in a good mood and only smiled at me and waited patiently for me to get out of his way.
  • As a part of a motivational / healing exercise I tried to write down 100 things that worked out in my life and I only got to 21. I'm thinking there are three reasons for it. Either I'm a loser, my life is boring or I'm too young for 100 things. :)
  • I added my custom "Pin it" button to my blog to make it easier for you to pin my photos to your Pinterest boards. Just hover over the photos with your mouse and check it out.
  • I joined Leonie Dawson's Amazing Biz + Life Academy and I'm loving it. I'm on a path to taking my life and art biz to the next level. :)
You might have seen this painting before on my FB page during my 30 days challenge. You can watch the video below to see how she evolved.

Linking to Paint Party Friday. Have a fabulous weekend!

  15. Love this whimsical painting Natasha. I too had a bad traffic moment two days ago. But I wasn't that lucky as esp it was high traffic time:) People didn't look happy around me for that one second. As for the 100 things I guess you are too young for that many.
    Have a great weekend

  18. You make it look so easy! Your colors on this one are striking and I love your beautiful girls faces. Did you join in the 52 Inspirational Card(ATC) swap this time with Jessica? I did and was hoping to get one of yours. But I was surprised a lot of people didn't put their name or blog/email on their cards. You have forgotten many things that turned out right because you didn't plan them knowingly, they just happened for you! :)

  22. the 100 things... that's absolutely what would happen to me! I'm sure you had plenty more, but just got distracted by something marvelous to make. diggin' the fancy haired girl!

  23. I agree with Anne. You are way too young for 100 things and too young to be worrying about such things. You create and that is worth everything.

  24. Great post - I have done the wrong way thing a couple of times myself. Once I drove all the way down the street with people waving at me and thought what a friendly bunch of people - then I saw the one way sign. Oh well - Love your girl and I love to peek into artist studios and see the process. Watched a couple other of your videos and enjoyed them all. HPPF

  25. I am sure you are too young! I am intrigued hoe many I would get, I might try it. I joined Leonie's goddess circle when it first opened. I got a lot out of it back then. It must feel good to feel on the right track. This is all such a journey isn't it??
