Sometimes it’s hard to pinpoint what makes us happy but we always know what doesn’t make us happy. And that’s a good thing because when we know that we don’t want something, we’re closer to locating that which we do want. But the mistake many of us make is that we focus too much on the things we don’t want instead of the things we do want.
I’m sure many of you have heard of law of attraction. Like attracts like. But sometimes we don’t realize that we’re attracting negative things even though we’re trying to focus on positive.
When we say or think to ourselves something like, “I don’t want bad things to happen to me.” We actually attract bad things because law of attraction doesn’t recognize negation. Instead we should say, “I want good things to happen to me.”
It’s a matter of choice whether we want to focus on good things in life or on bad things that we don’t want to happen to us. We can choose to be happy or choose to worry.
